Shipping policy

All current Project Materia works are made to order.

Shipping is not included in the listed price and is quoted separately per market. Smaller objects ship via insured courier worldwide. Furniture, lighting and oversized works are crated and handled by specialist art logistics partners.

For the 2026 cohort, buyers may choose between Standard and Express production where available.

Standard production has an estimated lead time of approximately 6 months.

Express production has an estimated lead time of approximately 6 weeks and is subject to artist availability, material lead time and production capacity. An express surcharge applies.

2025 archive pieces are produced on commission to the original specification, with a typical lead time of approximately 6 months.

For pieces above €5,000, white-glove delivery with placement and unpacking may be arranged and quoted separately by market.

Import VAT, duties, customs handling fees and local taxes outside the EU are not included in the listed price unless expressly stated in the invoice or order confirmation.
